One of the worst restaurants with worst customer service in Oakland. The owners (both husband & wife) always yelling at their customers when they tried to purchase bbq items here. I only come here since my mom wants to buy the roasted pork or xa xiu bbq here. I guess it’s their specialty too. That’s why they always look down on their customers, especially the elderly ones. One time she started yelling at me when I tried to buy the roasted pork. I told her, it’s ok I’ll take that, you don’t need to yell like that. It’s really annoying when seeing this kind of business still exists. Without customers, they’ll be shut down. Stop acting rich & rude! P.S. there will be extra charges when paying with credit cards. When ordered 1lb, she chopped 2lbs. On the scale, it said $19…, but with tax will be $26. I asked, she said taxssssss!

This place is getting worst. I called to check on ordering a whole roast pork for the event. Then lady picked up the phone doesn’t seems to want to take my order at all. Definitely will never visit this place again.

The BBO pork is so good. I like to ask the fatty meat. The yellow feather chicken is yummy . The most I like is their soy sauce intestines . Shall be back to buy again. Don’t expect service , just think about the yummy food Actual went back there again 2 days after the first time. The food is so good. They always close earlier than it supposed too. Family business.

Lady behind the BBQ counter looks like she hates all her customers. I'm used to the typical Chinese attitude cause I'm Asian at some of their business but man she takes it to a whole new level. Dont ask her no questions, no extra sauce, why prices dont match the menu on the wall, nothing! She will beat you with a duck neck. But I still go there cause they have a very good BBQ selection and I dont want to drive to Chinatown. Just tell them what you want, pay for it and leave. Let her have her miserable life, dont let her bring you down. 2023 Update: Lady is gone maybe retired cause she was old, Place is back to being a normal restaurant upgrading the stars and will be back to get my BBQ

Good food, great place for duck, Asian BBQ pork and BBQ ribs etc. Large amount of menu items. Their egg Foo young is amazing. Picture is their wonton and egg noodles with Peking duck pretty good. 11.00+ unfortunately, they haven’t allowed dine in since the start of the Covid pandemic. Prices have also raised $3.00 plus per item since then .
